General Rental Conditions - Premium Stay Guadeloupe

These terms and conditions define the rules and terms of use of the rental management services provided by Welip, operating under the Premium Stay Guadeloupe brand. By accessing this site or using our services, you accept all of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, we invite you not to continue using our website.

1. Our Role as a Matchmaking Company

Premium Stay Guadeloupe acts as a connecting company between travelers and property owners. We facilitate the rental of properties through various online platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, and others, as well as through our own website.

  • Reservations on third-party platforms: If the reservation is made through a third-party platform (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, etc.), the rental contract is established directly between the platform and the owner of the property. Premium Stay Guadeloupe is not a party to the rental contract.

  • Reservations via our website: If the reservation is made through our website, the rental contract is established directly between the owner of the property and the traveler. In this case, we act as an intermediary to facilitate the connection, but we do not collect rent on behalf of the owner.

2. Payment and Collection

Premium Stay Guadeloupe does not collect any rent on behalf of the owners. All payments relating to the rental are made either via the relevant booking platforms or directly between the owner and the traveler, if the booking is made via our website.

3. Cancellation Conditions

The cancellation conditions applied to reservations via Premium Stay Guadeloupe are of the "Moderate" type, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation at least 5 days before arrival: If canceled 5 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the traveler will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival: If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the arrival date, the traveler will be refunded for the nights not spent, with the exception of one additional night, and will receive 50% of the amount of the remaining unused nights.

However, we remain quite flexible and encourage travelers to contact us directly in the event of exceptional circumstances.

4. Arrival and Departure Times

  • Arrival: Check-ins are possible from 4:00 p.m.

  • Departure: Check-outs must be done before 11:00 a.m.

Arrangements for early arrival or late departure may be made at an additional cost, subject to availability and prior agreement with the owner.

5. Included Services and Rules of Stay

  • Hotel-quality linens provided: Sheets, towels and other household linens are included in the rental price and provided for each stay.

  • Housekeeping included: End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price, to ensure a pleasant experience for guests and maintain the quality of the property.

  • Non-smoking properties: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties. Outdoor areas may, in some cases, be used for smoking, subject to the owner's permission.

  • No parties: The organization of parties or events in the properties is prohibited, unless prior written consent is given by the owner.

6. Responsibilities and Obligations

By using our website or services, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions set out in these terms. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of your booking and the application of financial or legal penalties.

7. Modification of the Conditions

Premium Stay Guadeloupe reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are published on our website. We encourage users to regularly consult this page to stay informed of any updates.
